Even simple choices can be hard when you are drowning in bills, childcare, or some kind of other unexpected change. Accompaniment of persons in challenging times such as this is the work of the Spiers Centre, which is a local non-profit organisation. This is in the aim of getting you on your feet with pride and self-esteem.🌸

Services provided by the Spiers Centre✨
Concrete and non-judgmental aid on realistic results will be received by families and individuals
in a confidential and non-judgmental manner. Our personnel member listens and then helps in making the next decision.
🌿Main support areas include:
• Budget conscious and capacity to reason out decisions, prove a budget and relieve financial stress.
• Emergency provision in instances of unforeseen events.
• Community relationships and Workshops that build skills, strength, and support system.
The combination of support and nurturing is also relevant because the challenges almost never occur independently. Work, health problems and family are normally linked to money pressure. The group takes in the entire picture and then helps you to first concentrate on what will make the strongest difference.
What it feels like to get help 🙌
The first contact may be the most challenging. The fear that grips most of the individuals is the fear of being judged or told what to do. Such is not the support paradigm in this case. No negligence will occur, no use of complex terminologies and no choices to be made. It is your choice on what you post and what you want to do. It does not have to be lugged on yourself.

The moment you do it, one of your teammates will pose you a couple of some simple questions to make sure that he/she can find you the right service. You may bear new bills, identity or any sort of letters you have in your head. And mean time you are not to have everything. The goal of the former is to alleviate stress, identify what you can do, and decide on one small action that you can do this week.
