Support looks different for everyone. For some people, a friendly voice is all they need to hear. Others want to look for financial supporting, while being in a place that supports them both mentally and physically- without a fear of judgement.
As a non-for-profit organization based in Perth’s northern suburbs, our center is equipped with skilled individuals to guide you through stress and life challenges. We believe that supports should be accessible and grounded with dignity.
We know that life can change quickly. Someday you just happen to find yourself in moments of crisis. A lost job, an unexpected event, or family breakdown can make even the strongest person to become vulnerable. That’s why we offer practical help: emergency relief, food support, and bill payments- but also give you tools to help you in long-term with financial counselling and workshops. We understand that it’s not just about solving the problem in the present, but it’s about helping you to prepare for the path ahead.
For family support, we create a space where parents can access guidance, resources, and connection. We’re here to guide you through hard times, whether it’s parenting support or understanding Centrelink form. Every interaction we make is filled with empathy, listening and connecting with people who struggles. The goal for every one of our customers is the same: to provide hope, with a sense of control.
But we also understand that people don’t always need help only in time of crisis. Sometimes they just need someone to listen to their sadness, or stand beside them and be empathy. One of the most important things that we have learned over the years is that support must be interaction between humans, and it is our aim to provide it at different levels, from people who need help desperately to people who just want a little encouragement. Whatever it is, we provide the same support with all of our heart.
We also partner with other organizations to expand our impacts. By collaborating with community groups and local services, we want to reach more people and responds to their requests. We guarantee that our team is committed in helping those in need, and the Spiers Centre is more than a service center- it’s where we stand with each other as a community
If you or someone you know is seeking for supports, don’t be hesitated to reach out to us as soon as possible.
