How to hack your customers and evolve your business

Pushing yourself to run your business or deliver for your clients, days punctuated with competing deadlines, the pressure expectations and long nights finishing off last-minute paperwork? Probably have a family to provide for as well, right?

Fortunately, there is a way to lighten the backpack.

Data analytics.

This is not a hipster buzzword. Not fantasy from a sci-fi movie or a trope rolled out by university professors to deceive and make you feel confused. Regardless of your tech-literacy, this is something tangible that you can access now to start working smarter, not harder.

Google Analytics provides a service that is available for small business and entrepreneurs alike to give insight into your customers online journey, showing how consumers spend time on your site. Determine what is working and what needs tweaking quickly, rather than burning hours on projects or advertising that questions your sanity.

It is Google so it is simple to use, and YouTube is your friend to be an expert in a few hours. Data is the new frontier to transforming the way you think about your business.
